Dimple Dell - Contemporary Farmhouse

We have the pleasure of creating a new Master Suite and Basement plus modify the existing main level areas to be completely ADA accessible.  This contemporary home was originally built in the late 1970s and was featured in Sunset magazine.  The addition will emulate the contemporary style to be a great addition to this architectural gem.

Single level home with open plan has plenty of room to relax and entertain . A quaint 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms has a beautiful new kitchen with porcelain countertops, large island for seating, Thermador appliances, butler pantry, storage and laundry room just steps away. Owners of this home on the took advantage of their view and updated with a complete outdoor living area.  Cheryl DeMarco, Architect designed this large patio structure, outdoor bbq area and putting green while updating the interior, allowing indoor and outdoor spaces to flow together.  Partial list of features added include: linear fireplace, patio heaters, putting green, outdoor kitchen with bbq area, and recessed & speciality lighting.

Newport Beach Remodel

This growing family needed more space and added a Master Bedroom Suite, converted old garage to family room and built a Garage and Basement.  All the bathrooms were updated and the kitchen was remodeled.

Lido Isle Remodel

This LIdo Island home sits right on the harbor with sunset views and boat dock.  It needed to be completely upgraded and remodeled.  The new plan created an open first floor for large gatherings and to enjoy the views.  A large 20' wide pocket sliding door was installed across the rear wall to take advantage of the views of the harbor.  Master Suite was redesigned with a sliding doors that open to a private deck with sunset views and overlooking the harbor.  Master Bathroom has a soaking tub, walk in shower, ample storage and even a coffee bar.   Guest suite recieved a private ADA bathroom with direct elevator access.  Electric charging station was added into the garage.   Office has pocket glass sliders to allow privacy with a view or open them to the rest of home.   It was a pleasure creating this home for this local family, who plan on enjoying it for years to come.

Two Story with Loft

Should we renovate or relocate? This growing family decided to renovate their 1960's one story home and add a 2nd story.  The completed home added over 1200 SF, updated the entire home and provide another Bedroom with ensuite bathroom, Master Bedroom & Master Bath, Loft/Office and Bonus Room over the garage.

Exterior Facelift

Homeowners wanted to update the front of their house. It started as a 1970's facade then we added stone siding and updated the exterior lighting to give it a brand new look.

Huntington Beach - Addition & Update

Small addition to existing one story home in Huntington Beach.  Created an open dining room, added a new master bedroom & walk-in closet, and expanded the bathroom.

Huntington Beach Condo

Complete renovation and addition to pierside condo in the Huntington Pacific Condominium complex.  Created an open floor plan by removing an interior wall, added additional closet space, enlarged a bathroom and added a shower, plus provided an interior niche for a high efficiency washer/dryer.  Be sure to check out the "Before" photo as kitchen was small and enclosed.  This project needed HOA approval and local permitting.  Drawings and approvals were expedited with approvals obtained within weeks of starting.

This 2-story 1970's house needed updating!  In just a few weeks, the home was being renovated with a new kitchen and master suite.  All other bathrooms were also updated with shaker cabinets and stone countertops and flooring.  Hardwood floor in the main areas and carpet in other areas finished up the home just in time for move-in day!!
